Welcome to the Aztec Spa Experience

Arrival
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your first treatment – this allows time to change, and to complete a short medical questionnaire.
Your Health
Some treatments are not suitable for certain medical conditions or during pregnancy. Please let us know of any concerns at the time of booking.
Booking Policy
Payment is required when making your appointment. This also applies to clients who will be paying by voucher (see cancellation policy below).
Cancellations
Full charge will be made for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
Children
Children under the age of 16 are not allowed into the Spa. For parents of children aged 3-9 years, we may be able to arrange for children to attend one of our supervised KidZone play sessions.
Francis Heath @ Aztec Hair Salon
Hayley Francis and Natalie Heath have opened a new hair salon at TLH Leisure Resort. They will be concentrating on all aspects of hairdressing and design – including long hair up and extensions - and will be working closely with TLH's Aztec Spa, which provides an extensive range of other beauty treatments.
The salon will be open from 9.00am - 5.30pm Mon- Wed and until 8pm Thurs & Fri and 6pm on Sat. Further details can be obtained from Hayley or Natalie on 01803 213111.
