The TLH Team
Our people here at TLH are very important to us and are the heart of our business. We all work together to make your stay or event a memorable occasion. I would like to introduce our senior managers.
Hotels
Each of our hotels has its own General Manager and team of operational staff who work together to make sure our guests have the best stay possible.
Long Service Staff
We are proud to say that nearly 60 of our staff have worked at TLH Leisure Resort for 10 years or more. Between them they have given a combined service of nearly 1000 years!
'Off Stage' Team
We must also give credit to our "off-stage" teams. These are the people working hard behind the scenes supporting the front of house operational teams. They include personnel, finance, sales and marketing, property and development - too many to mention individually but a very improtant part of TLH Leisure Resort.
Awards
We are proud that our training and business development have led us to achieve national awards. This has come about through the enthusiasm and hard work of the whole team here at TLH.
Family History
My family first opened the Derwent Hotel in 1947, when it was just a 27 bedroom guest house. Now TLH Leisure Resort has become one of the best-known hotel groups in South Devon.

Happy customers are key to the success of our business and all of our staff are trained in the highest standards of customer service, together with the skills required to do their job.

We are proud of pur environmental approach and do our best to achieve a greener lifestyle, placing special value on using local produce and supporting local suppliers.
