On Stage training session
ONSTAGE staff you will receive this new and innovative training. So far we have trained over 100 staff and will have trained all 400 by the end of April. This really is a great new training scheme and will ensure that all members of our team get the training and support they need. The complete plan will take nearly a year to complete with courses tailor-made to departments, and on-job assessments being completed by all staff.
From accounts team to kitchen porters, from general managers to waiting staff, from room attendants to directors, everyone will benefit from this training – especially our customers. Watch this space for more news about this exciting new project!
