Hi – Adam here from the Aztec Gym. How many people have you heard saying “I’m going to get fit for the Summer.” I’m sure many of you have even said it yourself. Well it’s not all about eating lettuce leaves and spending hours in the gym – a simple change in lifestyle could help you achieve the perfect beach body.
Doing exercise in a place which you enjoy is vital to you achieving your targets. The Aztec gym and pool is the ideal place to work out in a relaxed, enjoyable and friendly environment. A difference of 500-1000 calories per day could result in a weight loss of 1-2 pounds per week. This sounds a lot but when you think 500 calories could be eating one less chocolate bar and doing one hour’s housework, a small gym session or swapping a take-away for a supermarket ready-made curry, it’s easier than it sounds.
