The key to our success is our team members here at TLH Leisure Resort. The team is very important to us and is the heart of our business. Happy customers are our prime concern and all of our team are trained in the highest standards of customer service, together with the skills required to do their job.

Current vacancies

Aztec Games Team Member

As an Aztec Games Team Member, you will be working in our exciting Aztec Games facilities which caters to our youngest guests with the arcade games, bowling alley and soft play.

Leisure Team Member Apprenticeship

As a Leisure Team Member Apprentice, you will support, enhance and deliver the day-to-day operations & services of the Aztec Leisure facilities, including the Pool and Gym.

Kitchen Porter

As a Kitchen Porter, you will provide support to our committed and professional kitchen teams by washing pots and pans, keeping floors clean, sanitizing food preparation areas and occasionally helping with food prep work.

Restaurant Supervisor

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will bring energy, personality and a great work ethic to our Hotel Restaurant team, creating a relaxing environment for our guests and leaving them excited to repeat the experience.

Bistro Chef

As a Bistro Chef, you will be an integral part of the Aztec Bistro Kitchen team. The Aztec Bistro is a popular destination for hotel guests, Aztec Club members and locals alike.

Hotel Bar Server

As a member of our Bars team, you will be serving in one of our numerous Hotel bars. A sociable and fun role where you will be able to impact a guest’s experience.

Hotel Porter

As a Hotel Porter, you will work closely with all of the departments in the Hotel to deliver excellent service to our guests and organisers of conferences & events, within the Hotel setting.
