As a family-owned business we are extremely proud of the way TLH Leisure Resort has grown over the past 55 years to become the best-known hotel group in South Devon.

There are now over 40 members of staff who have worked for the company for more than 10 years, and between them they have given nearly 1000 years of service.

Staff at TLH leisure Resort have great facilities to enjoy whilst at work, and in their leisure time - all part of our aim to be the best employer in the industry. As well as a purpose built staff restaurant and modern changing rooms, they can also make use of Arena Games, Aztec Falls and are entitled to discounted gym membership.
