Bar Person

Job Description:
To work within the Hotel Bars at the Victoria Hotel.Job will involve working mainly evenings and will begin with wine service in the restaurant followed by working on one of the 3 hotel bars. Normal bar duties of serving drinks and also washing glasses, clearing tables, stocking bars, cleaning bars and other general bar duties.
Bistro Waiter/ess
Hours: 10-15 hours per week

Team member required for our new Aztec Bistro. Two vacancies. One to help at lunchtimes over 5 days per week and the other to work 10-15 hours per week over various evenings. You will required to take orders, serve food and drink and clear and relay tables. Excellent customer service is essential.

Head Receptionist

Job Description:
Head Receptionist required for Toorak Hotel. The Hotel has 92 bedrooms and has a mix of private and group business. As well as day to day reception duties you will also manage all aspects of the reception department. You will need to be a good team leader, with proven reception experience – preferably in a hotel environment. Strong administration and sales experience are also key elements of the position. Receptionist

Job Description:
To clean and service hotel bedrooms. Duties include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, hoovering etc.
Waiting Staff
Hours: full-time

Job Description:
To work in hotel restaurant serving breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is self-service for guests, you serve tea/coffee and toast and clear tables and lay-up for dinner. Dinner is 4 course table d'hote menu.
