Toorak Hotel - New Year's Eve Dinner & Party 31 December 2014

Includes a welcome drink at 7.00pm, gala dinner with traditional Scottish piper. Entertainment until 1.00am with KB Sounds. Glass of bubbly at midnight.

Trio of Salmon, a selection of sauté, smoked and tartar salmon served with a lime and garlic cream cheese 

Smooth duck liver pate, glazed leaves, roast onion and rosemary bread, sweet fig chutney

Cream of Westcountry garden vegetable soup, served with a sesame seed scone
