Who are our dancing holidays for?

Our "Learn to Dance" holidays are aimed at different levels of ability. If you are unsure which holiday would be suitable for you then call Linda on 01803 400147.

Complete Beginners
These holidays are exclusively for complete beginners and are perfect if you are taking to the dance floor for the first time. You'll learn to dance in a relaxed atmosphere and have some fun with like-minded people. Go home with new dance steps and impress your friends and family.

Beginners
These holidays are aimed at dancers who already have some basic experience and would like to improve on the basics.

Improvers
The next step on if you want to improve your style and develop your technique.

Ballroom & Latin Dance for Beginners & Improvers

Enjoy the excellent and charming company of your hosts James and Claire Taplin, professional dance teachers from Southampton.

These specially designed 'Learn and Improve' teaching sessions during the day are a brilliant way to acquire fun, enjoyable and practical get up and dance know how.

Ballroom & Latin Dance for Beginners & Improvers
Hosts: Gerald & Margaret Thompson

Learn to Modern Ballroom Waltz, Foxtrot, Quickstep, Cha Cha, Rhumba and Easy Jive in a light-hearted and social atmosphere in the lovely surroundings of our stylish Toorak Hotel.

Gerald and Margaret are former Modern Ballroom competative dancers who retired from the world of competition dancing and qualified as Professional Teachers of Dance.

Their “Learn to & Improve Ballroom and Latin” dance breaks are perfect for beginners, to those who wish to update their dance techniques, or if you have already attended one of our Learn To Dance breaks.

Pam is a professional teacher and has worked alongside with Philip Wylie for the English Riviera Dance Festival for many years.

Learn to Line Dance
