Our Group Sales Team are on hand every step of the way, from your first introduction to TLH Leisure Resort through until you actually arrive for your holiday. Free Familiarisation Visits
We offer free familiarisation visits for genuine group organisers. These provide an ideal opportunity to experience our hotels at first hand and see which one would be favourite for you and your group. These are usually held on an individual basis at a time to suit you. There's plenty of opportunity to sample our restaurants and bars and make the most of our leisure and entertainment facilities.

Activity Breaks
Looking for a new experience? We work with specialist outdoor pursuits organisers to help you plan an exciting adventure break. Whether you want to kayak along the River Dart, learn to survive on the wilds of Dartmoor (before returning to your hotel for a 3 course dinner) or coasteering around the Global Geopark to marvel at some of the world's best coastline, we'll be happy to make the necessary arrangements for you.

Holiday Insurance
We recommend that you take up holiday insurance when you make your booking as without it, cancellation may result in the loss of all monies paid.
Free Places
We offer 1 free place for 25 people, 2 free places for 50 and 3 free places for 80 or more.
Special Requests
We will do our best to help with special requests for accommodation although we cannot guarantee the location of bedrooms.
Single Rooms
The number of single rooms at TLH is limited and due to high demand from groups the maximum number available to each group is restricted. No supplement will be charged for any single-bedded rooms and generally three will be allocated per group, subject to availability and group size. Should any additional rooms be required for single occupancy these may be available at a supplement, which is generally £10 per night more than the rate for those sharing standard double or twin bedded accommodation
