Dedicated Group Sales Team

At TLH Leisure Resort, we have been welcoming groups to all four of our hotels for many years Our Group Sales Team are on hand every step of the way, from your first introduction to TLH Leisure Resort through until you actually arrive for your holiday. They can help with the organisation and administration, and can make suggestions to help you put together your holiday itinerary.

Familiarisation Visits

We offer free familiarisation visits for genuine group organisers. These provide an ideal opportunity to experience our hotels at first hand and see which one would be favourite for you and your group. These can be held on an individual basis or, from time to time, we host slightly larger events which include a free trip around the Bay to see some of our delightful local attractions.

Our next group organisers preview is being held on Monday 6th and Tuesday 7th October 2008, staying at the Toorak Hotel, with plenty of opportunity to sample our restaurants and bars and make the most of our leisure and entertainment facilities. Holiday Insurance

We recommend that you take up holiday insurance when you make your booking as without it, cancellation may result in the loss of all monies paid. For comprehensive holiday insurance cover at TLH Leisure Resort we have arranged special insurance and our sales team will be able to give you detailed information and prices.

Free Places

We offer 1 free place for 30 people, 2 free places for 50 and 3 free places for 80 or more.

Special Requests

We will do our best to help with special requests for accommodation although we cannot guarantee the location of bedrooms.

Single Rooms

The number of single rooms at TLH is limited and due to high demand from groups the maximum number available to each group is restricted. To be fair to all or group organisers any rooms required for single occupancy are charged a single rate, which is generally £10 per night more than the rate for those sharing standard double or twin bedded accommodation.

Transport

We can recommend a local coach company who charge competitive rates for return transport to and from your home- town and for any additional excursions you might want to take.
