Prices are per person per night for dinner, bed & breakfast in standard bedrooms inclusive of VAT at 20%.

Standard Rooms

These rooms include: En suite bathroom; TV & radio; Complimentary tea & coffee; Complimentary toiletries; Direct dial telephone.

Standard Plus

These rooms include all of the features of our standard bedrooms and are more spacious and better appointed.

Riviera Front Rooms

Our Riviera front facing rooms include all of the features of our standard plus bedrooms with a better outlook.

Terrace Rooms

Terrace rooms have all of the same features as Riviera front rooms plus shared use of a south-facing private sun terrace.

Prices For Children

These nightly rates, which include dinner, bed and breakfast, apply when children are sharing a family room with 2 adults:

Up to 5 years: Free
6-10 years: £17
11-15 years: £25

A rate of £39 per night applies for children or teens in their own rooms.

Adjacent Type Rooms for Teenagers - just £25pppn

Staying in adjacent double or twin rooms means extra space for growing families, with a bathroom in each room. Rooms are guaranteed next door or opposite one another - make sure you ask for adjacent rooms when booking. Subject to availability in either the Derwent or Toorak Hotels. These rates only apply when teens are accompanied by 2 adults booked on dinner, bed and breakfast rates.

Family Rooms

2 adults + 1 child        1 double bed + 1 single or sofa bed
2 adults + 2 children    1 double bed + 2 single or sofa beds
2 adults + 3 children    1 double bed + 1 single bed + bunk beds

Adjacent Rooms

These are located next door to each other but are not inter-connecting. Ideal for family groups.
