Victoria Dining
The Victoria's elegant restaurant has a splendid period feature with its glass-domed roof. Enjoy buffet style breakfasts, including full English or continental, and table d'hôte evening meals with additional a la carte choices. There is a separate menu choice for children and our chefs will be happy to discuss any special dietary requirements.
Breakfasts are served from 8.00-9.30am. Evening meals are served from 6.30-8.00pm.

Aztec Bistro
Located centrally to the TLH complex, the Aztec Bistro and Bar is open daily from 10.00am offering a selection of light refreshments, drinks from the bar and evening dining.
Victoria Bars
The Victoria Cocktail Bar is open most evenings for pre-dinner drinks. During evening entertainment in the Victoria either the Richmond or Warwick Bars will be available.
Head Chef, David Clifford
David moved down from Scotland in 1979. He took up the role as a trainee chef and studied at college for 3 years, progressing through the ranks at TLH before taking up the role Victoria Head Chef in 1996.
He says “I was inspired by Chefs like Raymond Blanc and Marco Pierre White although these days I prefer the simplicity of Jamie Oliver's style of cooking. My particular passion is for cooking sauces.
Green Tourism
As part of our commitment to Green Tourism, wherever possible we include local produce on our menus, including meat from our local butchers, locally caught Brixham fish, and delicious West Country vegetables.
