Download the app from Google Play or App Store or go to  www.gymsync.co.uk and book online. Each person attending a class will need to register. When you first log in, you will get a message from Aztec Leisure to confirm your registration. As soon as this happens, you will be able to go back in and book a class. 

Hotel guests do not need to use the app but they can book a class by calling the TLH Carlton Reception from their room on 3500 or 24 hours prior to arrival on 01803 400300.
