New Aztec Studio Classes

Weight machines and treadmills might not be for you, but fortunately that isn’t the only way to reach your fitness goals! Here at the Aztec Studio we offer loads of group activities that are a fun way to get fit and stay active.

Here are some of our new summer classes at the Aztec Studio:

Piloxing Barre

A low-impact workout that uses both a ballet bar and light, weighted gloves to provide a full-body strength and cardio workout that burns calories and tones muscles.

Booty Blast

Shape up and burn fat as you lunge, step and jump your way to fitness in this muscular conditioning class.

Circuit Training

A mix of high intensity training circuits. Each class will have a different variation and will focus on strength, conditioning, agility, cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance and core training.

Abs Blast

This is an abdominal workout with a focus on core strength and stability to improve your posture.

Stretch

A gentle stretching and mobility class aimed at all ages and abilities.

Boot Camp

Challenge yourself with this fast- paced, calorie-burning workout, aimed at all fitness levels. This class has the added bonus of being outside, so you can enjoy the fresh air in the summer months.

Suspension

Build power, strength, core stabilization and increase cardiovascular fitness.

Kettle Circuits

An effective fat burning workout which is designed to shape and sculpt your body.

Benefits:

  • Combines cardio and strength training in one workout
  • Focuses on compound movements that strengthen multiple muscle groups at once
