The aim of the programme this year was to help young people who have expressed an interest in a career working in a kitchen to have opportunity of gaining the experience and to encourage this ambition within them. Unfortunately there has been a decline in young people wanting to follow a career in Chefing and we saw this as great opportunity to raise profiles for this career.
