After all that excitement, you can return to the hotel and freshen up before heading down to the restaurant for dinner.
Alfresco Cocktails and Live Music
Our location, just minutes from the seafront, is the perfect starting place for a night on the town. Why not call into our very own local pub Alberts then take a walk in to Torquay town. With its vibrant nightlife and top quality pubs and bars, many have stunning sea and harbour views. There is a great mix of the big chains such as Revolutions Bar and Las Iguanas plus some great independents, too.
To see as much of our glorious area as you can, there is no better way than on the Round Robin. This consists of a steam train, river boat and bus journey which visits the quaint towns of Paignton, Dartmouth and Totnes. The journey on the steam train is approximately 30 minutes then jump on the river boat for just over 90 minutes. During the trip on the water, listen to the commentary with interesting facts about the wonderful coastal areas as well as lots of local history. Finish off the day with a bus trip for around half an hour. Sit back and enjoy the scenery with their award-winning ticket which is a favourite with both young and old. Visit their website and use the itinerary planner to organise your trip.
Whether you want adventure and excitement or a more relaxed weekend of cocktails and company, Torquay is definitely worth the visit.
