As the Alberts Bar Assistant Manager, you will supervise and co-ordinate the day to day running of the bar and its operations alongside the Retail Manager. Alberts Bar incorporates spacious relaxed seating for watching live acts and sports, a fully licensed bar with food service, small children’s play area and outside terrace at the interconnecting TLH Victoria Hotel.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for the overall day to day running of Alberts Bar
- Drive excellence in the guest experience by providing consistent feedback to your team on observed service standards
- Monitor key performance standards (including cost control and stock management), working closely with the TLH Retail Manager
- Preparation of weekly rotas
- Facilitate effective communication with team members to nurture motivation and great teamworking
- Take an active role in constantly striving to enhance operational processes
- Comply with all Health & Safety regulations

Hours and Rate of pay:
This is a full-time permanent role of 40 hours over 5 days, including evenings and weekends.
Salary: £25,500 per annum
