TLH Leisure Resort is on a mission to become Torquay’s No.1 destination for hotel‑based leisure — 365 days a year. Our team is the heart of that mission and we’re looking for another superstar to join us at the Aztec Leisure Reception.
The Role
As a Receptionist with in our Aztec Spa and Leisure facilities, you’ll be the friendly face at the centre of our resort — the first hello, the calm voice on the phone, and the person who makes every guest feel instantly welcome. If you’re organised, warm and love delivering exceptional service, you’ll fit right in.
You’ll be:
- Greeting guests with genuine warmth and positivity
- Supporting customers using the Gym, Pool and Spa
- Managing bookings, calls, diaries, payments and admin
- Helping with show‑rounds and product knowledge
- Keeping the reception area spotless, calm and inviting
Experience: Reception experience is essential. Spa or leisure experience is a bonus.

Hours
Full‑time, 37.5 hours over 5 days, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
- Early: 6:30am start
- Middle: approx. 9am–5pm
- Late: 9:30pm finish
Pay
- £12.71 per hour (21+)
- £10.85 per hour (18–20)
