Graduate Marketing Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning Marketing Department as a Graduate Marketing Assistant. You will have excellent writing and communication skills and a passion for digital marketing. Ideally, you will have had some marketing experience and/or a related degree and will be looking to grow and develop your skills within a digital marketing environment. Advantageous skills include photography, filming and video editing as well as SEO, website development, social media and a working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Develop website content and update web pages to maximise website visibility and produce an effective analysis of website performance
  • Build landing pages for targeted campaigns
  • Take and edit photos and video content for social media, the TLH website and all forms of advertising
  • Assist the Senior Marketing Executive to create exciting content for TLH products and services
  • Liaise with agency web developers
  • Monitor and develop inbound and outbound website links
  • Make effective use of keywords and page content to ensure SEO optimisation
  • Develop, operate and analyse PPC campaigns, re-targeting campaigns and social media advertising campaigns
  • Maintain and develop TLH’s Social Media presence
  • Contribute to TLH Blog site
  • Assist in the design and operation of email campaigns
  • Having your own camera for photography and video purposes is advantageous

Hours and Rate of pay:

40 hours over Monday to Friday, 9:00am until 5.30pm

£19,900 – £22,000 depending on skills and experience
