X factor fans out there will recognize this gentleman as he won over the hearts of the judges during season 11 securing himself a place in the live finals. Jay sailed through the audition stages when on X Factor in 2014. In his first room audition he made Mel B cry and all the judges were impressed by him. In his arena audition, he received a standing ovation and Simon said the former navy man would be a great winner for the show and he felt he was the one to beat.
