Our Location

To prevent unnecessary delays and queues at Reception, we ask that your stay is paid in full prior to arrival. Please can you pay any outstanding balance before you arrive by contacting us on 01803 400500.

• Please go to Reception to check-in as normal
• Glass screens are in place
• You will be asked to confirm that you and your party are free of Covid-19 symptoms and have not been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for the virus
• We ask that all guests please use the hand sanitiser available at Reception
• Social distancing markers and one-way routes are in place at Reception and throughout the complex
• You are encouraged to use the stairs where possible and not to share lifts with other guests
• There is no luggage storage available on arrival or departure
