Your Room
- We will not be providing a daily housekeeping service but you can request additional towels or refreshment supplies by contacting Reception. However, for longer stays we will automatically change the linen on the 5th morning
- Your room will have been deep cleaned and sanitised prior to your arrival
- We use a disinfectant proven to be effective against the Covid-19 virus (Diversey D-10). This is used in the rooms and across the complex
- We want to avoid any TLH colleagues entering your room unless absolutely necessary. If you have a maintenance issue please contact Reception and we will arrange for someone to come to your room whilst it is vacant
- There are no leaflets or brochures in your room, but if you would like any additional information, please contact Reception
