Aztec Receptionist required for our Aztec Leisure Club and Spa.
The role is varied and busy, duties involve welcoming clients, taking bookings for spa treatments and fitness studio classes, taking payments, dealing with gym/swim memberships and payments, answering the telephone and general administration duties. You will also be responsible for keeping the spa relaxation area tidy and the efficient running of the laundry room.
You must have excellent customer care skills, a nice telephone manner, good IT skills and be flexible.
Previous experience in a Spa surrounding is essential.
Terms of employment: We offer excellent terms of employment. You will receive free meals in our staff restaurant when you are on duty. You get free use of our 25m indoor pool and discounts off other TLH facilities, including 25% off in our public bar. After 3 months you'll be eligible to a customer service bonus and pension scheme.
Shifts include evenings, weekends and early mornings.
Hours: 37.5 per week over a 5 day period
Rate of pay: £7.83 per hour
