Join our team of fitness professionals. Shape up and keep fit in our Aztec Studio with a whole range of classes including Yoga, Pilates, Aqua Aerobics and Zumba. Aqua Fit

Fun and enjoyable water aerobics suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. Working out in water minimises the impact on your joints, whilst helping you achieve flexibility.

Low impact aerobics in the water designed for those with mobility difficulties.

Pilates Flow

All classes must be pre-paid at the time of booking and at least 5 minutes before the start of the class.

If a class has to be cancelled or changed at short notice, we will try our best to let you know in good time. If you have pre-paid, we will transfer your payment to the next available class. No refunds or transfers will be given for bookings cancelled by you.
