When you go away for a short break or holiday there are often a number of questions you would like to ask. Here are our most frequently asked questions.
Do you offer children’s rates?
Yes. Children’s rates are available at the following rates: 0-5 years: Free. 6-10 years: £19pppn. 11-15 years: £27pppn. 16 years plus: adult rates apply.
These rates apply when children are sharing a fully occupied room with 2 adults. To apply these children’s rates to your booking please contact our Reservations Team on 01803 400500 or email@example.com.
Do you have an age limit for spa treatments?
You need to be over 18 years old to have one of our treatments.
Are dogs welcome at your hotels?
Dogs and other pets are not allowed at TLH Leisure Resort, with the exception of:
- Guide dogs
- Hearing dogs
- Assistance dogs
Do you have any electric vehicle charging points?
Currenty we do not have any electric vehicle charging points on site, but there are several near by:

Do you offer Adult Only breaks?
Yes. We do offer Adult Only breaks at the TLH Toorak Hotel at various times throughout the year. Please contact our Private Reservations team for specific dates and prices.
What are the arrangements for car parking?
TLH Leisure Resort has 7 car parks and 294 car parking spaces which are free to hotel guests on a “first come, first served” basis and cannot be guaranteed or pre-booked. All guests are required to display a free parking permit which is available from your hotel reception. You have 2 hours from arrival to display a permit in your car. Failure to display a permit may result in our TLH parking attendant issuing a penalty ticket. Your luggage can be unloaded at the hotel front entrance on arrival prior to parking your car.
Any driver with a Blue Badge can request a reserved space in advance by contacting any of our Hotel Reception telephone numbers. Specific disabled parking is limited and once disabled bays are all taken, Blue Badge parking may not be in a designated bay and the width of the bay will therefore be limited.
Can I arrange a late check out?
Yes. We ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 11am on the day of their departure. If you would like to keep your room until 2pm on your departure day a late check-out is possible at a cost of £30. Please contact reception during your stay as we only have a limited number of rooms available for a late check out.
What time can I arrive?
Bedrooms are ready for check-in by 4.00pm on the day of your arrival. Self-catering apartments are ready from 4.00pm. You are most welcome to arrive earlier and make use of the facilities. On the day of your departure rooms need to be vacated by 11.00am. You are, however, most welcome to stay on during the day and make the most of your stay.
