All classes must pre booked on the GymSync app. Payment shall be taken at the TLH Carlton Hotel reception prior to the start of your class. Hotel guest will also need book via the GymSync app.
If a class has to be cancelled or changed at short notice, we will try our best to let you know in good time. If you have pre-paid, we will transfer your payment to the next available class. No refunds or transfers will be given for bookings cancelled by you.
If this is your first time attending one of our classes, please complete the medical questionnaire and give it to the class instructor.

All classes must be booked online via the GymSync app or direct with the instructor (as indicated on the studio timetable) . Hotel guests are charged at the members’ rates where applicable.

- Create an account for each individual, regardless of age
Once the account/s have been approved by a member of our team, you can book your sessions.

My daughter and myself enjoyed a weekend spa break from 4-6th June. We stayed at the TLH Toorak Hotel and had treatments in the spa on both days. We felt very safe with the Covid procedures in place and enjoyed using the pool and gym which were easy to book. All the staff were very helpful.
