If you are looking to organise a conference or meeting in Torquay, TLH has a wide range of meeting rooms and price options available for all your meeting, conference or seminar requirements. We are also happy to tailor an event to suit your own particular needs.

Room Hire

Prices are per person and for groups of less than 10, you will still be charged for 10 people.

  • Data projector & screen available in most rooms
  • Choice of room layouts including theatre, boardroom, U shape, classroom or cabaret
  • Complimentary Wifi
  • A serving is classed as a selection of tea & coffee with biscuits at various times throughout the day
  • Additional food options priced per person, can be added to the above prices to include pastries, sandwiches, afternoon tea
  • Preferential rates are available for NHS, Local Authorities and selected registered charities, please enquire for further details

24 Hour Delegate Package

£120.00pp

We can offer the following our 24-Hour Delegate Package includes:

  • Main conference venue with flexible layout options (Theatre, Boardroom, U-Shape, Classroom or Cabaret)
  • AV & Connectivity: Complimentary Wi-Fi and a data projector & screen (available in most rooms)
  • Daytime Catering: 3 servings of tea, coffee, and biscuits, plus a lunch of assorted sandwiches, chips and dessert
  • Evening Dining: 3-course table d’hôte dinner with table service, plus tea & coffee SEE SAMPLE MENU
  • Overnight Stay: Comfortable accommodation and a full buffet breakfast
  • Complimentary Perks: Free car parking and full use of the Aztec swimming pools, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room
  • Available to book in advance: Ten-pin bowling, Aztec Gym access and Aztec Spa treatments (including the Fire & Ice experience)

Parking for Attendees
There are three pre-arranged parking options for attendees:

  1. Add parking to your contract: You can add parking for £5.00 per person for the full day, with no time restrictions.
  2. Group invoice on the day: A separate group invoice can be raised on the day for all attendees’ cars at £5.00 per car, for the full day with no time restrictions.
  3. Attendees are responsible for their parking on the day:
    – Discounted parking at £5.00 per car, allowing unlimited parking for the entire day. This can be purchased at the hotel reception only.
    – Pay at Pay Stations.
    – Pay via the Evology app.
