Day Delegate Rate: £20.00

Our popular Day Delegate Package includes the following. All prices are based on a minimum 10 delegates:

• Room hire / basic equipment hire
• Tea & coffee on arrival, mid-morning and mid-afternoon
• Lunch of mixed sandwiches and hot potato wedges
• Data projector & screen available in most rooms
• Included with the package above we can offer the flexibility of alternative lunch options:
• Day Delegate with hot and cold buffet lunch - a hot meal with side dishes, salads and a choice of sweet - £27.50

The 24 hour package includes:

• Day delegate package as described above
• 3 course table d’hote dinner
• Overnight accommodation
• Full English breakfast
• Use of one conference venue

Supplements may apply for single rooms, superior accommodation and additional meeting rooms

Rates
Our 24 hour conference rates are based on a minimum of 10 delegates: 
24 hour delegate package with a hot & cold buffet lunch and 2 servings of tea & coffee: £85 per person. Available Sunday–Thursday. If you are looking for a weekend 24 hour delegate package, please contact us for an individual quote.

Please ask our Conference Team for a quotation for your particular event. Room hire is subject to availability and event size.

Equipment & Services
Our day delegate and 24 hour packages include the use of basic conference equipment. Additional audio-visual equipment or secretarial services can be organised on request at an extra charge.
