Indoor Bowling
Here at TLH Leisure Resort we know that bowlers like to take bowling holidays all year round. Therefore we developed our own tournament standard indoor bowls arena which was officially opened by David Bryant back in 1990.
Whether you’re a serious competitive bowler, or simply enjoy it as a sociable sport, TLH has developed a range of flexible bowling break options so you can enjoy your bowling right through the year. Whatever your level of bowling, there will be something to suit you.
This popular indoor facility is really busy from October through to early April. During this time groups are welcome to join a Festival or Tournament, or come on their own group holiday. Our Bowls Co-ordinator will arrange matches against local teams for you. Guests are welcome to book a roll up, subject to availability.
Short Mat Bowling
Short mat bowlers are well catered for here at TLH. Our indoor arena can take 16 mats or we have a choice of ballrooms where you can enjoy your game. There are tournaments and festivals all year round to take part in.

Bowling Tours
TLH Leisure Resort is a popular choice for indoor, short mat and outdoor bowling tours. The English Riviera has plenty to offer in both the summer and winter months, making our hotels an ideal destination to combine your tour with a short break. We have over 20 clubs within 12 miles and we offer fully inclusive tours, with local transport included.
Our in-house team of experts are on hand to help you with all of the organisation and Sarah, our resident bowls co-ordinator will help to organise your games against local clubs, or other indoor touring sides.
