Our Team

The key to our success is our team members here at TLH Leisure Resort. The team is very important to us and is the heart of our business. Happy customers are our prime concern and all of our team are trained in the highest standards of customer service, together with the skills required to do their job.

Current vacancies

Senior Maintenance Operative

As the Senior Maintenance Operative, you will be key in ensuring that we maintain our commitment to providing a safe and sustainable place of work, alongside a team of Maintenance Operatives and a full time Fire Warden.

Kitchen Porter

As a Kitchen Porter, you will provide support to our committed and professional kitchen teams by washing pots and pans, keeping floors clean, sanitizing food preparation areas and occasionally helping with food prep work.

Restaurant Supervisor

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will bring energy, personality and a great work ethic to our Hotel Restaurant team, creating a relaxing environment for our guests and leaving them excited to repeat the experience.

Maintenance Operative

As a Maintenance Operative, you will provide high quality support with a broad range of property issues across the resort over the weekend, which includes the 4 Hotels, Aztec Club & Spa facilities, Alberts Bar & Aztec Bistro.

Bistro Chef

As a Bistro Chef, you will be an integral part of the Aztec Bistro Kitchen team. The Aztec Bistro is a popular destination for hotel guests, Aztec Club members and locals alike.

Hotel Receptionist

As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional front-of-house service with a high level of courtesy and professionalism providing a relaxing environment where guests feel refreshed and revived and look forward to repeating the holiday experience.
