Current vacancies
Bistro Sous Chef
As the Bistro Sous Chef, you will be an integral part of the Aztec Bistro Kitchen guiding & supporting the duties of the whole Kitchen team whilst on shift. You will assist the Head Chef in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Bistro Kitchen. The Aztec Bistro is a popular destination for hotel guests, Aztec Club members and locals alike and is open throughout the day and evening.
Room Attendant
As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring our rooms are clean and exceptionally presented creating a relaxing environment for our guests where they can feel refreshed and revived and look forward to repeating the experience.
Restaurant Server
As a Restaurant Server you will bring energy, personality and great work ethic to our Hotel restaurant. This is a sociable role where guests and team members will appreciate when you deliver great service with a smile!
Painter & Decorator
As a Painter/Decorator, you will play a key role in the refurbishment of guest rooms and contribute to general improvements and maintenance across the resort. We are looking for someone with a strong eye for detail, the ability to work independently, and previous experience in a similar decorating or maintenance environment.
Reservations Team Member
As a Reservations Team Member within our dynamic Sales & Marketing team, you’ll find that no two days are the same. This is a varied and engaging office-based role at the heart of our business – driving bookings, building relationships, and maximising revenue.
We’re looking for someone with energy, confidence, and a genuine passion for sales and customer service – someone who thrives on turning enquiries into memorable experiences and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone to secure new business, while also demonstrating excellent attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
Kitchen Assistant
As a Kitchen Assistant, you will support our committed and professional team in the Hotels Kitchen, across the resort providing an efficient and professional fast-paced service to large group bookings and private guests.
Night Porter (3 nights per week)
As a Night Porter, you will be a vital part of the team as you respond to guests’ needs while also doing regular checks to ensure the safety of the building, guests and team members.
Applicants must be over the age of 18. Previous experience desirable, but not required.
Store Controller
As the Store Controller, you will bring energy, personality and a great work ethic to this centralised role. You will be responsible for ordering, supply and monitoring of food stock to three of our hotels.
