Join us on this exciting dance break and enjoy an excellent dance programme. Enjoy morning workshops, an morning dance workshop and social dancing each evening in the beautiful Richmond Ballroom in the TLH Victoria Hotel. Paul and Marie’s combined careers span over seventy years in both competitive dancing and teaching. Their aim is to develop and enhance the dancer’s floor craft, leading and following skills and give the dancers a freedom to break away from set routines while still understanding the need for base patterns and amalgamations.
Paul’s approach to teaching dance focuses on starting with feelings, not technique—encouraging dancers to trust their natural body intelligence and emotional understanding rather than overthinking steps and footwork. Technique and analysis have their place, but true dancing comes from simplicity, connection, and allowing the body to lead before the intellect steps in.
