Hosts

John & Linda West

John and Linda West of Holiday and Dance were British over 50s Latin Champions for 2007 and 2008, retiring undefeated in 2009. They were top of the EADA Senior II Latin chart for 2 years until retiring and were placed in the top 6 of the EADA Senior I Latin chart for several years. Regular finalists in the UK Closed Senior 1 Latin. Winners of Stars of the Future. ITDA and UKA qualified.

They trained with the top Latin and ballroom coaches in England, starting at the Dennis Drew Studio in Manor Park many years ago, and then joining Western Dance School in Rayleigh, taking part in the Supadance League for several years before competing on the “Open Circuit”.

Although retired from the world of competition dancing, they run regular classes each week in their home county of Essex, along with practice sessions, tea dances and social dancing.
