As the Bistro Manager, you will bring energy, personality and a great work ethic to the Aztec Bistro. You will be responsible for leading and monitoring the day-to-day running of our popular Aztec Bistro which overlooks both our indoor and outdoor swimming pools, as well as a spacious sun terrace.
The successful candidate must have significant Restaurant & Bar Management experience, as well as a passion for Hospitality.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring an excellent guest experience through continuous monitoring of service standards
- Leading and organising all Aztec Bistro Front-of-House & Kitchen duties with the support of the Aztec Bistro Team Leaders & Head Chef
- Completing regular departmental meetings and liaising with the wider Management team to ensure operational requirements are being met
- Creating team rotas in accordance with business KPI’s
- Completing stock ordering in line with business needs
- Delivering coaching to team members and supporting ongoing training within the team

Hours and Rate of pay:
This is a full-time permanent role of 40 hours over 5 days, requiring flexibility and weekday, weekend & evening availability.
Salary: £30,000 per annum
