The Aztec Bistro is buzzing from morning ‘til night, serving hotel guests, club members and locals with everything from chargrilled favourites and fresh fish to lighter bites and sandwiches. If you love fast-paced service, fresh ingredients and a team that feels like family, you’ll fit right in.
Your role:
- Preparing delicious, well-presented dishes to a consistently high standard
- Managing and prioritising orders during busy service
- Supporting senior chefs with menu development and daily kitchen operations
- Working safely and cleanly, following Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards
You’ll need:
- At least 2 year’s experience in a busy kitchen
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, however training will be given
- A cool head and a passion for great food

Hours and Rate of pay:
Casual role, range from 35 – 40 hours during peak weeks. No Split shifts. Evening and weekend availability needed. £12.95 per hour
