As a Kitchen Assistant, you will support our committed and professional team in the Hotels Kitchen, across the resort providing an efficient and professional fast-paced service to large group bookings and private guests.
Previous kitchen experience is desirable.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working across the Kitchens with in the resort
- Helping with the transportation of food in Hot holding units
- Plating and serving food for customers in the Restaurants
- Food preparation, cooking, serving from buffet area to a high standard of delivery and customer service and efficiency.
- Good understanding of Allergens and speaking with customers about their allergies
- Working in all areas of the kitchen supporting your colleagues and working as part of a team.
- Work in a safe way demonstrating good practice of food hygiene and fire, health and safety.

Hours and Rate of pay:
This is a full-time permanent role of 40 hours over days, inclusive of split shifts and requiring weekend availability.
Please note: this is a Fixed term contract, will end in September/October depending on business demands. A review will take place and if the role can lead to a more permanent position, this will be considered.
Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour – Aged 21+ , £10.85 per hour for aged 18-20, £9.50 per hour for aged 16-17.
