As a Kitchen Assistant, you’ll support our professional kitchen teams across the resort, helping deliver smooth, efficient service for both large groups and individual guests. Previous kitchen experience is helpful, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support service across multiple resort kitchens
- Transport food safely using hot‑holding units
- Plate and serve dishes in our restaurants
- Prepare, cook, and serve food from the buffet to a high standard
- Communicate confidently with guests about allergens and dietary needs
- Work as part of a strong, supportive kitchen team
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, allergen control, and health & safety practices

Hours and Rate of pay:
Casual Contract of min 40 hours per week. Includes split shifts and weekend availability
Pay: £12.71 per hour (21+), £10.85 per hour (18–20)
