As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the duties of the whole Hotel Restaurant team, ensuring that the TLH standards are maintained and a courteous & efficient service is provided to our guests. The successful candidate will have previous Restaurant Management experience and be confident with leading the department on a day-to-day basis.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing the operations of the Restaurant and organise the team
  • Act as the first point of contact for guests upon arriving to the Restaurant, greeting them with a warm & professional welcome
  • Drive excellence in the guest experience through continuous monitoring, and innovation, of service standards
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve high levels of customer service
  • Facilitate effective communication with team members, ensuring the team is the best they can be

Hours and rate of pay
This is a permanent full-time role of 40 hours over 5 days working split shifts (Breakfast and Dinner shifts each day), requiring weekend availability.

Salary: £27,872 per annum (Equivalent to £13.40 per hour).
