Answer:

At TLH Leisure Resort, we strive to provide a comfortable and inclusive environment for all our guests. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and comfort for all visitors, we operate a strict no-pets policy across our hotels, and outdoor areas.

The only exception to this policy is for legally recognised Assistance Dogs, in line with the Equality Act 2010. This includes:

  • Guide Dogs for the visually impaired.
  • Hearing Dogs for the deaf or hard of hearing.
  • Medical Alert Dogs (e.g., for epilepsy, diabetes, or severe allergies).
  • Mobility Assistance Dogs

Whilst we recognise and respect the important role that animals play in providing companionship and emotional wellbeing, under current UK law, Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) and Therapy Dogs are not classified as Assistance Dogs. These animals have not undergone rigorous, specialised ‘public access’ training so may cause disruption to other guests. TLH Leisure Resort does not permit Emotional Support or Therapy animals on our premises.

Yes, we have one point with two chargers located in the TLH Toorak Hotel car park, at the rear. The unit charge is 75p per KWH. Each charger is 22KW.

There is a QR code on the screen to download the App, called Charge Assist – Green Flux Smart Charging. Full instructions are on the App

Guests will need their own charging cable and should use their vehicle manufacturer’s guidance on charging usage. TLH Leisure Resort do not accept any responsibility for any fault caused by charging or use of the charging equipment. Customers do so at their own risk. Unfortunately our Teams are unable to assist anyone in the charging of their Electric Vehicle.

Answer:

No, currently we no longer offer Adult Only breaks. However, if you are seeking a quieter stay, we recommend the TLH Toorak Hotel. For much of the year, the hotel typically accommodates fewer families with young children and therefore offers a more relaxed and peaceful atmosphere.
