Prices are per person and for groups of less than 10, you will still be charged for 10 people.

• Data projector & screen available in most rooms
• Choice of room layouts including theatre, boardroom, U shape, classroom or cabaret
• Complimentary Wifi
• A serving is classed as a selection of tea & coffee with biscuits at various times throughout the day
• Additional food options priced per person, can be added to the above prices to include pastries, sandwiches, afternoon tea
• Preferential rates are available for NHS and Local Authorities, please enquire for further details

Our 24 Hour Delegate package includes the TLH Standard Day Delegate package as described above plus:

• For lunch a selection of sandwiches, chips or wedges and dessert
• 3-course table d’hôte dinner
• Overnight accommodation
• Use of our outstanding Aztec Leisure facilities including the Aztec Gym and Pools
• Full English breakfast
• Use of one conference venue
• Complimentary Wifi

Parking for Attendees
There are three pre-arranged parking options for attendees:

1. Add parking to your contract: You can add parking for £5.00 per person for the full day, with no time restrictions.
2. Group invoice on the day: A separate group invoice can be raised on the day for all attendees’ cars at £5.00 per car, for the full day with no time restrictions.
3. Attendees are responsible for their parking on the day:
   – Discounted parking at £5.00 per car, allowing unlimited parking for the entire day. This can be purchased at the hotel reception only.
   – Pay at Pay Stations.
   – Pay via the Evology app.
