New for 2024 at TLH Leisure Resort! Sporty Stars are coming this May half term and Summer holidays to add some great activities to our kids activity programme. Open to hotel guests, their first session will be on Wednesday 29th May. Here’s a rundown of all that’s on offer!
Zorbing
You’ll be In a big pocket of air, you smash, roll and knock others over! Children play a range of individual mini-games including bulldog and last-person-standing, before working together for team-based challenges too. Be safe and have fun: Design and harnesses attached to each zorb ensures safety.
Goggle Football
Hilarious and entertaining, goggle football adds a twist to the beautiful game with visual impairment goggles. A memorable experience sure to leave them in a spin! Be safe and have fun: Players wear goggles to impede vision. Variety of warm-up games, team challenges and ending in either a match or small-sided tournament.
Tennis
The perfect chance to learn new skills in a non-pressurised, friendly environment, our sessions are sure to make you fall in love with the game.
Archery Tag
A combination of archery, paintball and dodgeball, players work together on the battlefield to shoot and eliminate the opposing team! Inflatable bunkers and camouflage netting to create the battlefield. Each child given own bow and arrows to eliminate opposition players in either teams or as individuals. Be safe and have fun: Players are given full safety equipment (including head protection) alongside safety briefing. Any child deemed not to be listening to instructions will be asked to immediately sit out.
Glow-in-the-Dark Dodgeball
Transform traditional sports into a mesmerizing spectacle with face paint, fluorescent bibs, glowing balls, and UV lights. Be safe and have fun: Players divided into equal teams based on age and ability. Variety of different games and tournament-based play.
Where will the activities take place?
Zorbing, Goggle Football, Tennis and Archery Tag will take place on the tennis court outside TLH Toorak Hotel or Outdoor play area adjacent to the outdoor pool with Glow in the Dark Dodgeball in the Warwick Ballroom, TLH Victoria Hotel.
Booking information and activity checklist
• Book at your hotel reception at any time from your arrival
• Bookings will close half an hour before start time and are on a first come first served basis. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time.
• Maximum of 24 attendees per activity.
• Minimum age for attendees is 5 years old.
• A parent or guardian must be in attendance at the booked activity.
• Please wear suitable clothing e.g. trainers and bring a water bottle with you.
