These mid-week breaks are the perfect solution if you can’t get away for Christmas or the New Year. All the days of the festive season are celebrated in one fun-packed short break with our usual programme of activities and entertainment together with a host of festive treats.
Our Resort
You’re guaranteed a warm welcome, good food and great entertainment on this festive midweek break. There’s plenty to keep the whole family occupied with access to our amazing Aztec Leisure facilities throughout your stay. You’ll also find live entertainment in our very own, family friendly, Alberts Bar. Whichever hotel you choose to stay at, our nightly entertainment is available to everyone on this break.
Location
Our hotels are only a 5-minute walk from the Torquay seafront and marina so it’s easy to get out and about for a bracing stroll during the day. With bus stops close by and the town centre only a short walk away, TLH Leisure Resort makes a great base for exploring the English Riviera.
Festivities
There’s our usual programme of activities and entertainment together with a host of festive treats. All the days of the festive season are celebrated in one fun-packed short break.
- ‘Christmas Eve’ – Monday: Pre dinner mulled wine, Christmas carols with our brass band and an evening of festive entertainment with top-class local entertainers and our Christmas Show from our fabulous entertainment team.
- ‘Christmas Day’ – Tuesday: A packed programme of daytime activities, including killer darts, dancing and a festive quiz. Visit Father Christmas in his grotto and receive a special gift. Continue the festivities in the evening with a traditional Christmas dinner, coffee and mince pies and a superb evening of entertainment.
- ‘Boxing Day’ – Wednesday: A packed daytime entertainment schedule. In the evening you’ll enjoy dinner, followed by festive cabaret from one of the South West’s leading cabaret acts and, The Show Must Go On, performed by our talented entertainment team.
- ‘New Year’s Eve’ – Thursday: Celebration dinner with fizz. Celebrate the New Year with more top cabaret, followed by a late night disco with KB Sounds.
