So today we said goodbye to our last TLH Leisure Resort Summer bowls tour. We have welcomed 40 touring bowling clubs, at the resort from April through September.
The English Riviera welcomed bowlers from all parts of the UK and as far afield as Worcester, Wales and Jersey to participate in the friendly but competitive tournament held at Torquay’s three seafront host clubs. This year was the 26th Anniversary of the popular tournament which ran over an eight day period from Sunday 16 June to Saturday 23 June.

Summer is here at long last and the outdoor bowls season is well and truly underway. If you have a hankering to try out the game I would encourage you to go ahead and get involved.
